About The Position

As our Account Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of marketing programs for a leading telecommunications client, supporting a diverse portfolio of activations across major sports properties and partnerships. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can quickly step in, assess needs, and lead work forward with confidence. In this role, you will help guide the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the client’s experiential marketing efforts throughout the year. You will partner closely with the Account Director to provide consultative leadership—translating business objectives into clear recommendations, scopes, and executional plans while ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. In partnership with the Account Director, you will lead client calls and oversee creative-focused projects, ensuring strong day-to-day execution alongside thoughtful oversight across the full program. You will connect high-level direction to market-ready creative, anticipate challenges, and help teams navigate complexity in a dynamic environment. To thrive in this role, you will manage client deliverables, provide direction and oversight across execution, oversee timelines and milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support end-to-end activation efforts—from creative development through on-site execution and post-program evaluation.

Requirements

  • Client Management & Leadership. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead recurring client calls, and serve as a trusted advisor. You will execute and manage programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality work, proactive communication, and clear expectations.
  • Creative & Project Leadership. You have experience guiding multiple creative and experiential program elements at once, balancing planning with delivery. You will partner with the Project Management team to oversee status documents and timelines, while working closely with Creative, Production, and internal partners to shape, refine, and deliver memorable and innovative experiences for consumers.
  • Sports Activation Oversight & Execution. You can take an activation and run with it providing direction, problem-solving, and hands-on support as needed. You will guide planning and execution across a range of sports marketing initiatives, ensuring operational details are managed effectively while maintaining a holistic view of quality, consistency, and impact.
  • Cross-collaboration & Communication. You build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You collaborate seamlessly with Creative, Digital, and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and cohesive delivery across the client’s sports marketing ecosystem.
