You’ll be the go-to partner for key growth accounts—ensuring orders run smoothly, expectations are met, and our customer satisfaction stays top-tier.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (BA in Business, Supply Chain, or related field a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, operations, or commercial support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and grace under pressure
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace
  • A solution-oriented mindset—you see challenges as opportunities and respond with clarity and confidence

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own the full lifecycle of assigned accounts—monitoring order trends, forecasting demand, managing inventory needs, and processing accurate orders
  • Customer Documentation: Maintain detailed account profiles and product files to ensure seamless service and up-to-date insights
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customers—strengthening trust, resolving challenges, and becoming an extension of their team
  • Operational Excellence: Recommend process improvements that drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Manufacturing and Sales to align on timelines, production priorities, and account growth opportunities
  • Voice of the Customer: Represent customer needs internally and escalate concerns proactively to ensure quick resolution
  • Customer Visits: Travel as needed to build partnerships and strengthen face-to-face engagement
  • Team Support: Jump in to support teammates and cross-functional teams when needed—collaboration is key
