About The Position

Account Servicing Representative M-F/Full Time/On-Site Salary: Starting $19-$22.50/hr + monthly bonus Arivo is a tech-driven lending framework with a focus on disrupting and recreating the auto lending experience for dealerships and customers alike. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN ACCOUNT SERVICING REPRESENTATIVE: Utilizing phone/email/text to contact and collect past-due payments from a portfolio of auto installment contracts. Assist Arivo customers with payment arrangements along with their understanding of simple interest financing while facilitating their utilization of the Arivo mobile app, website, and other tools to create a seamless customer experience. Be responsible for collection portfolios from start to finish. Inbound/Outbound calling. Collaborate and work with Team Leads and colleagues on a daily basis to manage an effective and efficient portfolio workflow. Participate in ongoing training on collection skills, compliance and company policy. Skiptrace. Work accounts until repossession or charge-off status. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in collections is a plus, but not required. Strong leadership skills. Ability to coach and be coached. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
