The Account Service Supervisor is responsible for the management of all aspects of their assigned team. This position manages and executes programs, policies, and systems to improve customer account resolution. In addition, this role is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating a team to achieve business goals while ensuring policy compliance. This position is located in our fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. We provide proper training to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
