About The Position

The Account Service Supervisor is responsible for the management of all aspects of their assigned team. This position manages and executes programs, policies, and systems to improve customer account resolution. In addition, this role is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating a team to achieve business goals while ensuring policy compliance. This position is located in our fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. We provide proper training to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Account Services Department ensuring monthly goals are met.
  • Calculates and computes daily reports and communicates results with their assigned team.
  • Creates and administers introductory evaluations, performance appraisals and corrective actions.
  • Resolves personnel issues including deviations, time-off requests and all other situations.
  • Provides backup support for any collections position on an as-needed basis.
  • Reviews resumes and interviews potential applicants for open Account Services positions.
  • Resolves challenging customer situations using all resources necessary. Researches and analyzes customer disputes and provides solution.
  • Evaluates Rep’s daily work for efficiency and standards met as well as daily review of accounts to identify trends for development of staff.
  • Quality assurance training.
  • Ensures compliance with policy and other standards are met.
  • Other duties as needed.
