Learn more about Bank OZK benefits. Responsible for establishing and maintaining specialized (Association Services) commercial deposit accounts for the Bank.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
  • Available to work some occasional overtime.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective and excellent internal customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to evaluate processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.
  • Ability to address complex technical and/or procedural issues and provide guidance to other staff members to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work well with exacting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt well to change.
  • Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions.
  • Ability to respond to internal (i.e., departmental staff, business development staff, branch staff) requests and demands professionally and promptly.
  • Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures.
  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Opens new accounts on the Bank’s account platform system (BPM).
  • Facilitates timely and complete acquisition, verification, and record retention of all new and revised account documentation.
  • Performs necessary CIP (Customer Identification Program) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) functions for new customers and ongoing “new to the account” customers.
  • Processes and verifies customer file maintenances for all Association Services customers.
  • Gathers information for management reports.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
