As an Account Services Representative, you will speak directly with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and help them stay on track with their auto loans. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone move toward a stronger financial future.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone presence
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain positive and solutions-focused in a structured, high-volume call environment

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers by phone regarding their auto finance accounts
• Answering questions about payments, account status, and loan terms
• Assisting customers with payments and payment arrangements
• Helping customers resolve account concerns and bring accounts current
• Communicating with empathy and professionalism during every interaction
• Documenting account activity accurately in SAFCO systems
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team environment
