About The Position

The Account Service Representative (ASR) partners with Business Development Representatives (BDR) and the Marketing Department to support merchandising initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service within an assigned territory. This role is hands-on, requiring daily travel, service execution, and proactive collaboration to execute brand strategy and standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and become proficient in Wilsbach Distributors, Inc. portfolio of brands and packaging.
  • Ability to analyze data for problem solving and planning execution against strategic sales goals.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs on a routine basis.
  • Valid PA Driver’s license.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and Merchandising experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of M360, VIP Sales, IDIG and other software a plus.
  • Ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Additional education or training a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, building relationships with account staff and ensuring high quality execution.
  • Maintain the call Account frequency and service schedule as planned by the Account Service Manager (ASM) and Director of Sales & Execution.
  • Identify incremental opportunities during account visits and implement these opportunities as needed.
  • Review account data and execute any plans initiated in collaboration with the BDR and ASM.
  • Stay informed on territory specific pricing, promotions, and brand updates.
  • Follows and executes the standard merchandising processes during all scheduled visits.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained through proper inventory management, rotating stock, and pulling any out-of-code products in accordance with WDI return policies.
  • Create and maintain impactful displays to maximize visibility of key brands per marketing plans, as well as non-alcoholic areas, in all accounts serviced.
  • Lift/move cases of product (25–50 lbs.) and work hands-on in the field.
  • Complete thorough daily notes using tools including AI and Karma, as required for each account that highlights tasks carried out along with account opportunities.
  • Determine needs and distribute Point of Connection Material (POCM) and maintain organized POCM staging area.
  • Assist with Maintaining Maintain updated signage graphics and promotional material in all scheduled accounts serviced.
  • Maintain POCM stock and supplies in a neat and orderly condition per company policy.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance per the service schedule, maintain cleanliness, and stocked only with updated material for market use.
  • Adjust hours to support promotions, holiday weekend merchandising, and possible workday overflow.
  • Identify and execute career development goals, including training on a timely basis.
  • Travel throughout a region/territory on a daily basis.
  • Actively participate in all routine meetings.
  • Attend and participate in all necessary routine supplier communications & training.
  • Assists the Sales and Marketing team with any additional activities as assigned.
  • Adhere to all W.E.A. & A.O.E. requirements.
