The Job: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the SEF team working as a remote employee. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing existing customer base and identifying and engaging potential new customers. You will leverage your sales skills to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of account management experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JD Edwards or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer portfolio.
  • Develop growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Perform Customer analytics; Monitor ordering patterns, notify customers of re-order points.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product applications and cross sell opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales target
  • Nurture website and marketing campaign leads and follow-up on quotations
  • Coordinate the fulfilment of customer requirements (technical support, training, sales collateral, etc.).
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales Operations to provide best in class service to customers.
