About The Position

Position Profile Account Sales Manager The Account Manager is responsible for driving business development and cultivating relationships that lead to increased market share and customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of customer environments, the ability to uncover and solve business challenges, and the skill to position Ricoh’s portfolio as a strategic solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience.
  • Understanding of document workflow solutions and processes.
  • Foundational knowledge of P&L components.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to support strategic conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in IT and/or software services.

Responsibilities

  • Execute business development strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers to expand Ricoh’s presence in new and existing accounts.
  • Identify and solve critical business challenges through research and consultative engagement.
  • Focus on customer needs and buying behaviors rather than predefined products or services.
  • Communicate Ricoh’s value through compelling storytelling and solution alignment.
  • Articulate the financial impact of customer buying decisions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations both in-person and virtually.
