As an Account Representative, you will be the primary contact for key accounts. Your responsibilities include servicing these accounts and actively seeking new business to maximize sales and profitability. You will be tasked with implementing strategies to boost sales and profits, identifying opportunities for productivity improvements, and managing customer needs and requests. This involves giving presentations on new products, answering questions about products and company services, and ensuring sales and profit budgets are met or exceeded. Additionally, you will support the Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues. The role requires the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes, for which Graybar provides a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program.
