POSITION SUMMARY: Generate revenue from patient/client accounts by completing follow up and denial resolution with the appropriate payer. Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients in person, in writing, and by phone. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Business Office/Denials Manager. This is an on-site position
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of Excel and email.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices preferred.
