Role Summary: Reporting to the Business Development Sales Manager, the Account Representative is a key member of the Business Development team. This role is responsible for prospecting new accounts and growing existing customer accounts that are not actively managed. This is a proactive sales role requiring this person to cold call potential new customers and regularly contact existing customers through phone calls and other communication methods. This will include engaging with the customer in a friendly and polite manner, assessing the customer’s needs, answering customer questions, and being knowledgeable of Kendall’s products and services.
