About The Position

Scope is customer based, and to assist commercial team in day to day activity working closely with internal team to manage account as requested. Role will provide opportunity for individual to learn internal and external systems and processes while working collaboratively with divisions, program management, engineering, and finance to ensure customer expectations are achieved and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, technical / engineering degree is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience in program management and program management training is a benefit

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team in daily tasks as requested with focus on customer systems, process, and internal Magna Electronics reporting
  • Learns both customer and Magna specific process ti support current customer account and future growth
  • Assists account team inline with business plan expectations
  • Upholds the principles of the Magna Employee’s Charter, Magna’s Operational Principles, Magna’s Environmental Health and Safety Policy & Procedures, Program Execution Process and Business Protocols.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Contribute and maintain tracking files for open commercial issues and purchase order’s
  • Assists team to ensure on time quote submission
  • Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances
