About the Role Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow a career in sales? Ingram Micro is making a significant investment in our SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment and expanding our team to support this growth. As part of this initiative, we’re hiring multiple Account Representatives to help drive momentum and capture new opportunities across our reseller base. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for your customers—helping them succeed while making a direct impact on the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (any industry) OR 1+ year of experience in technology, distribution, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to influence and persuade customers and partners
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams
  • Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established)
  • Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase margin, and expand product adoption
  • Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities
  • Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to deliver results
  • Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Set clear expectations with customers and follow through with urgency and accuracy
