Summary: Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Account/Growth Manager to work in person directly with our newly implemented SMB/Consumer clients. This role will require ~25% domestic travel. The candidate will be in charge of managing relationships and helping to facilitate process change management within the SMB/Consumer client to maximize the Ocrolus platform. Tasks may involve process development, forecasting, strategic planning, sales support, product training, client service, project management, and marketing.
