We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly collaborative Account Optimization Manager to join our high‑performing commercial team. In this role, you will take ownership of enhancing the competitiveness, availability, and commercial performance of a defined portfolio of hotel partners. You will work closely with Contracting Managers and other commercial stakeholders to optimize product quality, secure stronger conditions, and ensure best‑in‑class availability for sale — all driven by insights, system expertise, and a data‑led approach.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and take decisive action.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross‑functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable using commercial systems, dashboards, and analytical tools (Salesforce, Tableau or similar).
  • A solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, best available rates, and system‑loaded commercial conditions.
  • Apply targeted actions to improve product performance, prioritizing activities based on insights from company dashboards.
  • Secure new offers and additional availability directly loaded into the system by hotel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager, sharing insights and strategies to drive efficiency and alignment.
  • Proactively manage daily communication and follow‑ups with assigned hotel suppliers to ensure continuous performance improvement.
