This specific posting is a pipeline role for high-potential Account Manager talent interested in future opportunities across the AMER and EMEA regions, designed to proactively build relationships with top sellers for upcoming positions.

Requirements

  • Quota Carrying Experience- 3–5 years of proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role, understanding the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Consistent Quota Achievement - Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated and Driven: High internal motivation; takes initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Intellectually Curious- Desires to learn the market, product, customer challenges, and processes; applies knowledge to improve strategy.
  • Professional Presence- Polished, confident, and articulate demeanor with strong verbal/written communication and business etiquette.
  • Problem Diagnostician and Opportunity Reframer- Excels at finding root causes of business issues and reframing them as strategic opportunities solvable by the company's solution.
  • Storyteller and Value Aligner- Skilled communicator who delivers clear, persuasive narratives; simplifies complex information; and aligns diverse internal and external stakeholders around the proposed solution and shared vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain account plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
  • Create and guide your pipeline through strategic outbound activities. Identify new accounts, build internal champions and close deals with important decision makers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory to manage sales growth.
  • Develop a high level of knowledge about Pebl's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.
