We are seeking an Account Manager to join the MSP sales team. This role will focus on cultivating strong relationships with existing Partner accounts, ensuring their engagement, and driving DNSFilter revenue. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in partner account management, recent experience with MSPs and/or MSSPs, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities involved in accelerating their business growth. Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up. This is a full-time role with a preference for candidates near the Greater Tampa Bay Area in Florida. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS Software sales.
  • Successful and recent experience building very strong relationships across relevant MSP partner organizations
  • Very strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the proven ability to problem solve, convey, and relate ideas and solutions to Partners and their Customers
  • Strong ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs, strong initiative, and creativity applied through SaaS technology
  • Successful and recent experience excelling in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and a consistent willingness to be proactive and perform to generate revenue.
  • Successful and recent experience and a strong aptitude for learning new technical content
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship from an employer now and/or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Located near and can work in the Westchase, FL office
  • Additional MSP industry-specific experience
  • Experience with DNS filtering products
  • Familiarity with common SaaS sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined account base and be responsible for driving revenue growth within your base
  • Evangelize corporate messaging, demonstrate a unique value proposition, and establish key competitive differentiators to improve product adoption.
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews with Partners to gain a deep understanding of their unique business and how they utilize DNSFilter, actively collaborating with them to consistently increase the number of Customer accounts.
  • Attend and actively participate in partner events, tradeshows, and industry events.
  • Maintain consistent, strong communication and relationships with Sales Engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive selling process and positive customer experience..
  • Work in conjunction with MSP and Channel resources to ensure the success and strength of Strategic Partners and MSP and Channel relationships.
  • Proactively ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts are on track to meet and exceed revenue targets.
