The role As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of client projects — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You’ll be the key contact for your clients, supporting their goals and helping shape strong creative solutions. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you’ll build trust across internal teams, manage workstreams smoothly, and help keep projects moving with energy and precision.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms.
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Leading client communication and building strong working relationships.
  • Understanding client goals and briefing teams to deliver outstanding creative responses.
  • Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects.
  • Supporting strategic thinking with insight into client challenges and the wider market.
