We're looking for two experienced Administrative Business Partners to join our 12-month flex program, focused on the crucial onboarding of new Google DeepMind executives. In this 'touch and go' role, you'll provide expert administrative support during their initial 3+ months, directly contributing to their successful integration. Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Suite is preferable but not crucial.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of E/ABP tasks on a rotating basis, including managing complex calendars, booking travel, creating expense reports, organizing events, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
Seamlessly onboard/ramp-up and offboard new executives, adjusting and pivoting as needed to meet evolving needs.
Provide meeting support by circulating agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring action items are followed up on.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including hotel reservations, flight check-in, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Handle financial administration such as compiling expense claims, approving purchase orders, and managing reimbursements.
Act as a point of contact, managing incoming requests and heavy email correspondence.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into operations, suggesting ideas for continuous improvement and helping to define new operational strategies.
Collate and track actions and deliverables.
Establish exemplary trust with executive leaders and partners, making decisions on their behalf using excellent judgment and discretion.
Develop strong working relationships with each leader by thinking ahead, handling priorities, anticipating needs and future challenges, and proposing solutions to enable effective decision-making.
Understand key stakeholders and build/maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
