Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Directors in managing large (300+ employees) and complex client relationships. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client and broker relationships, and driving year-over-year retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 4-6 Years of Industry Experience
  • Strong understanding of health plan market (Group Health Insurance)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel functionality for reporting and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMs and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 20% Travel required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Directors to implement client strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to support retention and growth.
  • Provide expert administrative support and guidance to client constituents.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to inform client decisions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify competitive opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings as appropriate.
  • Partner with internal teams (underwriting, sales, operations, analytics, etc.) to ensure client needs are met.
