About The Position

CDP, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative data management systems and services dedicated to the public health sector, with a focus on programs like the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Our solutions empower communities to efficiently manage Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) programs and Online Shopping initiatives, ensuring seamless access to vital resources for individuals and families in need. We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented self-starter EBT Account & Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines client account management with project leadership for Online Shopping (OS) initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison for client accounts while driving Online Shopping project success through proactive coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and/or project management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience and understanding of the Women, Infants & Children program (WIC).

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards achieving it.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of EBT client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding goals and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent client interests internally and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update Online Shopper project tracker and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to integrate Online Shopping into broader initiatives.
  • Attend and participate in Online Shopping related meetings.
  • Provide weekly status updates to leadership and conduct regular check-ins with key stakeholders.
  • Manage ticketing and follow up for Online Shopping configuration issues.
  • Develop and manage quote documentation as new projects emerge, ensuring proper approvals.
  • Develop process documentation as new requirements emerge, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
  • Act as the central point for retailer engagement and Online Shopping readiness.
