ACCOUNT MANAGER · Partner with Regional Sales Managers to establish a strong Corporate Account Sales Team. · Support CSR Staff. · Serve as Liaison between Food Service fresh plants, customer service and Sales. · Provide excellent timely follow up service to external and internal customers. · Resolve Account issues (Sales Program and Credit) to include customer complaints, shortages/overages/transportation issues · Manage sales programs with Corporate Accounts & Pilgrim’s Sales Team · Act as Liaison between sales and associated internal departments. · Detail oriented with sound decision making skills · Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions as well as evaluating sales data to ensure goals are met · Coordinates internal product transfers. · Strong computer skills (Microsoft word) required. SAP experience preferred. · Other responsibilities as job requires. · Travel to Customer Account divisions and meetings as needed.
