The Account Manager plans and executes transportation events within budget while representing TMS in a favorable light. This position is the primary point of contact for customers and seeks opportunities to increase sales and implement cost-saving measures for TMS. This position will make sure client and customer needs are being met. They will lead with success handling of any client complaints, working to find solutions to anything client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship. This position will lead efforts to drive positive and safe associate engagement for their shows and monitor and critique opportunities and performance.
