Account Manager for a Trade Show & Event Services Company in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize leads inside the CRM system
  • Ensure the CRM is updated
  • Follow up with leads who have filled out trade show applications
  • Research potential leads from trade show directories
  • Schedule discovery calls with prospects and the COO
  • Maintain consistent follow-up processes to prevent leads from going cold
  • Send email marketing campaigns and SMS blasts
  • Assist the COO with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
  • Help organize internal processes and documentation
  • Improve procedures for managing leads and client communications
  • Reduce operational bottlenecks by handling recurring tasks
