About The Position

Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for multi-site performance of cleaning services. Has direct responsibility for supervising custodians' staff including training. It is imperative that he/she controls the supply inventory for the site and works with the customer personnel at the site to address and make an action plan for any service issues. The Project Manager must also perform the following duties personally or through other supervisory personnel, overseeing inspections, quality control, scheduling of periodic work, and inventory control of equipment and supplies at the account(s). Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills, ability to build and lead teams.
  • Highly organized.
  • High energy level with strong commitment to service quality
  • Familiar with client facing.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in managing hourly and supervisory personnel
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced with Payroll
  • Experienced handling client workorders, and inspections.
  • Experience with managing PNL and reporting on PNL monthly to ABM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Leads custodians and facility staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure that services are performed as contracted
  • Interact with customer(s) contacts daily to obtain feedback on services.
  • Evaluates and monitors routine work and projects regarding progress
  • Ensures the follow-through of the corrective action plans to guarantee satisfactory resolution of customer complaints and needs.
  • Plans, develops and prioritizes projects and weekly work plans.
  • Implement and manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs.
  • Ability to oversee projects from concept to completion
  • Provide direction/information to zone managers and staff
  • Ensure coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
  • Contributes to a safe and working environment by participating in safety calls, training and being prepared to act should a health or safety emergency occur
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Manage and process work orders and SWOPs efficiently to support operational needs and minimize downtime.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budges to align with organizational goals and control costs effectively.
  • Review and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned
  • Contributes to a safe and working environment by participating in safety calls, training and being prepared to act should a health or safety emergency occur
