What is the opportunity: We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers as we scale our digital health SaaS platform. This role blends account management and consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to deepen customer partnerships while driving revenue growth by selling new products, features, and expansions. You’ll work closely with healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes while expanding their use of our platform. Who you are: You are a relationship-first, growth-minded professional who enjoys working with existing customers and identifying ways to deliver more value. You’re comfortable having strategic conversations with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders and know how to balance trust-building with revenue responsibility. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, take ownership of your work, and are motivated by both customer success and business impact.
