About The Position

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and build strong relationships with our clients. This role is all about client retention and driving expansion within a select group of clients. You'll be responsible for onboarding, account management, and collaborating closely with the revenue team to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • A problem-solver with a keen business sense and consultative sales experience
  • Strong customer-facing skills, especially with mid-market clients
  • Proven experience upselling complex software in a managed model
  • 2+ years of B2B experience in a start-up or growth-stage company
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve quarterly goals
  • Oversee post-sale processes to ensure smooth execution for mid-market clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical training and recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of clients
