Job Purpose The Account Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for PURIS customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing onboarding, ongoing interactions, and problem-solving across all market segments. This role will execute key Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) for the Expectation and Competence phases of the customer journey, delivering frictionless information, nailing the basics, and fostering trust. By collaborating across internal teams (Supply Chain, TST, FSQR, Sales), the Account Manager ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, drives operational efficiency, and strengthens long-term relationships.
