About The Position

We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll manage multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. You'll play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships, driving account growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and align ASM services to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and account reviews.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business.
  • Identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage renewals, pricing updates, and contract modifications.
  • Monitor account performance and provide reporting to clients.
  • Visit clients onsite when necessary.
