As an Account Manager at Protolabs, youâll be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25â100 key customers who rely on our industryâleading digital manufacturing solutions. Your mission is to strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention, satisfaction, and longâterm business growth. In this role, youâll dive deep into your customersâ business goals, challenges, and product roadmapsâthen collaborate with them to coâcreate solutions using Protolabsâ full suite of services. By building strong coaches and champions within each organization, youâll play a critical role in expanding wallet share, increasing operational efficiency, and delivering value that benefits both the customer and Protolabs.
