About The Position

Scopes Landscape is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Account Manager in our esteemed Maintenance Division. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between selected clients and our internal operations, ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include preparing landscape enhancement proposals for both existing and potential maintenance clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for landscape and horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

  • Positive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of regional plants and their growing condition requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in Horticulture or related field is desired but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on site status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact and build trust by understanding client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of maintenance services and promptly communicate any issues to our operations team.
  • Manage client-specific requests such as monthly updates and notifications of pending services.
  • Design and oversee enhancement installations to improve landscape aesthetics and functionality.
  • Proactively create landscape enhancement and repair proposals to meet client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
