As the Account Manager, you will be a key player in our dynamic team, responsible for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of residential landscape projects. The Landscape Account Manager reports to the Director of Sales/Revenue As the Residential Landscape Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residential/commercial clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscaping services. You will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our residential landscape division.QualificationsResponsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with residential clients, understanding their needs and preferences Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns Project Coordination Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet and exceed client expectations Quality Assurance Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure the quality of landscape installations and maintenance services Address and resolve any client concerns related to project quality promptly and professionally Upselling and Expansion Identify opportunities for upselling additional landscape services based on client needs and preferences Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients Results Client Satisfaction Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and quality service delivery Receive positive client feedback and testimonials Project Success Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards Minimize project-related issues and delays Revenue Growth Contribute to the growth of the residential landscape division by identifying upselling opportunities and participating in sales expansion initiatives Meet or exceed revenue targets for existing client accounts as well as maintain a 92% retention on assigned portfolio Qualifications Proven experience in residential landscape management or a related client facing role Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage landscaping projects Results driven with a track record of client satisfaction and revenue growth Familiarity with landscape design and maintenance practices Ideal Team Player Qualities Humble Embraces teamwork, admits mistakes, and places team success above personal recognition Hungry Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self motivation, and a desire to exceed expectations Smart Displays emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Mission Lawn and Landscape Solutions mission is to produce first in class work every time we serve our clients.
