The Account Manager will manage a territory of small-tier agency partners to onboard, build engagement in the program, and articulate value. Using a variety of resources, they will manage a queue, provide reactive support, reinforce program value, and educate staff on additional tools available to. It is a unique opportunity to use your Account Management skills to help our partner agencies make a direct impact to keep their communities safer. At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days a week in office subject to change with future business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong command of written and verbal communication to engage and connect with others effectively
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and rise to meet new challenges with confidence
  • Self-motivated drive to work independently and take ownership of your daily workflow
  • Solutions-first approach to problem-solving that turns obstacles into opportunities
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience considered a strong asset
  • A team-first mindset with the confidence to engage, communicate, and collaborate effectively across all levels

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a territory to foster program growth
