About The Position

Account Manager Rockstar: Build Relationships, Drive Client Success Are you passionate about fostering strong client relationships and driving the success of TikTok Shop and other social commerce projects? Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management (digital marketing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social commerce and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - a true "people person."
  • Proven experience managing client accounts across diverse platforms, including social media, social commerce, e-commerce, and multi-channel environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement winning social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
  • A passion for social media and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Client Champion: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and goals. Proactively manage their expectations and exceed them through exceptional service.
  • Onboard with Enthusiasm: Create a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new clients. Gather all necessary information and assets for a seamless launch, ensuring a strong first impression for Joybyte.
  • Social Media Maestro: Develop and maintain clear project timelines for social media campaigns. Manage the creation and delivery of high-quality content (posts, graphics, ads) on time and within client specifications.
  • Collaborative Champion: Lead client meetings with confidence and foster effective collaboration with internal teams (Social Media Strategist, Content Writer, Graphic Designer) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Communication is Key: Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Keep them informed of progress, address questions and concerns promptly, and ensure transparency throughout the process.
