The Account Manager assists the Account Director in the daily servicing of clients and supports other agency activities as needed, helping to ensure that programs and projects meet internal and external goals. Assist in overseeing planning and development of data-driven, technology-enabled marketing, events and sales campaigns in accordance with client’s objectives and budgets. Ensure that internal execution teams are well informed, knowledgeable and enabled for success. Working closely with design and technical teams to coordinate and help guide direction of projects. The Account Manager helps to represent the client and their needs in internal conversations, working well with all team members. Ultimately, the Account Manager is working toward independent management of assigned clients. This role should have a good understanding of how data and technology relate to marketing objectives and campaigns.

  • 2 + years of relevant work experience, preferred at least 1 year within agency environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, action-oriented and able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Project management skills
  • Resourceful and can work autonomously when required
  • Advanced verbal, written and client communication skills
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with assigned client and client’s products/services
  • Provide general support to Account Service team
  • Manage weekly status calls with clients
  • Lead client meetings with minimal oversight
  • Coordinate the execution of campaigns and projects with internal teams such as design, data and software development
  • Review, proof and test emails, websites and other campaign related assets
