This role involves a blend of sales, customer service, and project management, requiring excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of fleet graphics solutions.

Requirements

  • Understanding of fleet graphics solutions, including design, production, and installation processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fleet graphics or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue organic opportunities within the company’s existing client base.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with existing clients, ensuring profitable deals.
  • Identify referral opportunities from existing clients and pass to Account Executive team to pursue.
  • Project Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market & Industry Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and project outcomes.
