About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager who excels at building strong partnerships, supporting clients, and contributing to a mission-focused organisation. The ideal candidate should live within reasonable proximity to New Jersey, as the position requires frequent in-state travel to meet with contracting partners and maintain long-term relationships. Attend and participate in local conferences, trade shows, networking events, and insurance association meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance claims, restoration, construction services, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence and reporting.
  • Confident presentation skills with comfort speaking to groups.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present services to business owners, contractors, insurance adjusters, and industry stakeholders.
  • Organize, document, and manage sales activities to track progress, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as part of the sales and networking process.
  • Participate in local and national professional associations to expand industry knowledge and visibility.
