The Account Manager at Twelve will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with clients in the beauty and luxury industries. With a strong focus on gifting and loyalty programs, this role centers on developing long-term partnerships rather than driving new business acquisition. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will oversee briefs from initiation through production, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution across creative, development, and production teams. In addition, you will manage and mentor a Junior Account Manager, providing guidance and oversight to ensure excellence in client delivery.
