CSDS is looking to hire an Account Manager to join our growing Wide Format Technical Sales Team in Ventura. In this role, you will present & sell wide format printing and scanning products to customers to increase their productivity in the document life cycle. You will also assist them in selecting the best results to meet their needs by offering professional services and business solutions tailored to meet their needs. In this role, you will... Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the AEC market segment to generate new business for CSDS. Make telephone calls for sales and technical presentations to grow both existing accounts and prospective new customers as well as work with and cross-sell your assigned product lines to prospects from our other divisions Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers Plan and organize personal sales strategy by coordinating efforts on maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration. Coordinate sales efforts with the Sales Manager. Analyze the potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to CSDS. Document and track activities and contacts utilizing Salesforce and regularly update sales forecasts. Participate in marketing events, and trade shows. About you... Strong familiarity with Wide Format plotters and scanners and a solid understanding of the document life cycle in the context of the AEC vertical Strong technical aptitude to establish credibility and rapport with technology professionals and decision makers with confidence a minimum of 5 years Sales or customer service experience in the field of wide format hardware solutions
