The Account Manager - Utilities is a mid-level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of utility industry accounts (Electric, Natural Gas, Water, Waste Management, etc…) with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our services. Prepare proposals, implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present suggested client strategy and annual plan. Work closely with clients to identify needs and consult on best practices for solutions and implementation. This position serves as the primary contact for utility clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including strategic planning responsibilities. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
