We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager, based in Washington, DC, to manage, retain, and grow our US Government and Americas public sector customer base. This role focuses on nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Windward platform, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing government accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-centric, commercially sharp, and experienced in working with US government, defense, law enforcement, customs, and intelligence organisations.
