Strategic Imperative: The Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success and retention of our Shopper Marketing clients. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction by overseeing campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and fostering long-term partnerships that result in renewals and incremental investment with Prodege. By delivering exceptional customer service, the Account Manager ensures client needs are proactively addressed on a daily basis. Serving as the primary point of contact, the Account Manager acts as the central communication hub between clients and internal stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution and strong business outcomes.
