About The Position

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Separately Managed Accounts team. Our primary goal is to provide middle and back office solutions to investment managers. As an Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact between our clients and the face of SEI’s middle/back office operational teams. What you will do: Your communication skills will be used on a daily basis by interaction with clients and technology vendors to manage client ad-hoc requests, projects and process updates. You will be required to work in a fast pace environment and meet daily deadlines; excellent communication and computer skills. As the clients main point of contact you will be responsible for working with them to determine best practices and how they can efficient grow their business through new sponsor program distribution, requested enhancements, and technical/process issue resolution. As the Account Manager, you will be involved in the coordination and support of various client issue lists, weekly/monthly/quarterly status calls, quarterly SLA reports and various internal/external client specific projects. You will also be responsible for the coordination of regular on-site client meetings. This may or may not include producing meeting agenda/materials, conference room bookings, transportation and lodging. You would also be required to travel when needed or requested by client. Requirements

  • BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial, investment industry, Fiserv APL and separately managed accounts.
  • Excellent Client Service skills built around the SEI Client Experience Principles.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of your time
