About The Position

Our client, a B2B iGaming slot game provider is seeking fresh talent to join a young and dynamic Account Management team based in Malta. The Ideal Candidate Possesses a strong work ethic and is proactive, outgoing, and commercially driven, while remaining professional and composed. Has previous experience in online gambling, particularly within casino products (preferably video slots), which is considered an advantage. Brings past or current experience in B2B account management or customer relationship management. Has a genuine interest in the gaming industry and stays informed on industry trends. Is fluent in Russian (written and spoken); strong proficiency in English is also required. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. Is comfortable using the phone and values face-to-face interaction, including regular client meetings, company-hosted events, and industry conferences. Is willing and available to travel when required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple partner accounts in a professional and well-organised manner, overseeing daily tasks and addressing any backlog of partner requirements.
  • Keep partners informed with up-to-date documentation, product updates, and roadmaps.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the RNG division and its partners, ensuring strong game visibility, optimized revenue, and long-term cooperation.
  • Monitor RNG game performance (including GGR, spins, retention, top-performing titles, and other KPIs) and propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure smooth game launches, manage escalations, and coordinate closely with internal teams such as technical, compliance, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with partners on campaigns, tournaments, and new game launches to increase exposure and engagement.
  • Drive account growth in line with group targets and key deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Work with partners to analyse product performance versus competitors, including the impact of targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Upsell existing partners on new products and premium offerings, expanding the product footprint within their business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as knowledge and experience develop.
  • Maintain strong computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
