About The Position

At Activated Insights, our work helps home care organizations better support seniors, caregivers, and families across North America through technology, surveys, and training. As a Satisfaction Research Associate, you’ll conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers, accurately documenting their feedback so providers can improve the quality of care and the experience of their employees.
