Requirements

  • 5+ years of dealer or commercial furniture industry experience
  • Strong network and familiarity with industry processes
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role

  • Experience in education (higher ed or K-12) and additional dealer background
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including presentations
  • Ability to manage complex projects and navigate decision-making processes
  • Consultative selling approach and strategic thinking
  • Creativity in developing new solutions and approaches

Responsibilities

  • Leading education strategy for the region and aligning priorities across the team
  • Building strong partnerships with local dealers to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Developing new business opportunities in higher education and K-12 segments
  • Growing share within existing accounts through consultative selling and relationship management
  • Collaborating with internal teams and dealer partners to create clarity on account plans and opportunities
  • Driving brand awareness by delivering Steelcase Learning insights to clients and influencers
  • Managing complex projects and longer selling cycles involving multiple stakeholders
