Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team. Our services span collectible coins, trading cards, Funko Pops!, video games, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, SGC, and Card Ladder. Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris. We’re looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with our top buyers and help drive demand across the PSA Offers marketplace . You’ll act as a strategic consultant, ensuring your accounts have a seamless experience, their campaigns perform, and their purchases arrive on time. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic growth planning within one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem. You’ll report to the GM, Marketplace and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Offers buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses
  • Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success
  • Advise accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity
  • Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Offers performance and usability
  • Support special programs, campaigns, or events designed to drive awareness and participation in PSA Offers
