Your Mission in Action The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is r esponsible for the development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of program training for assigned programs in accordance with Agency, state licensing standards, CARF accreditation policies, funding requirements, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The PSA Compliance Manager educates, trains, and advises, develops, and implements PSA policies/ procedures; Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) . Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards at care provider facilities . This position works Monday through Friday and may require evenings and weekends based on program needs.
