iSoftStone , Inc. is seeking an Account Manager-Project Coordinator to join our Team! Dallas /Plano, TX Office (Hybrid) Summary: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager -Project Coordinator to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a good understanding of the IT services industry.

  • Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable.
  • Support negotiations on MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and cooperation agreements.
  • Manage opportunities and support invoice processes within the Salesforce system.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution and profitability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related marketing, computer science, HR, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management , or project coordination.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role with strong relationship-building abilities .
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player with solid cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Experience in resource management is preferred.
